Step one:

Open a new document. For this tutorial, I am just going to use a 810×160 px (Width, Height) document with a white background. First select the rounded rectangle from your tools window then set the radius setting to 20 px and check anti-aliased. Create a new layer and draw a #E9E9E9 colored rounded rectangle, size 80×35 px.

Step two:

With your step one layer add the following layer styles:

Step three:

Now in another new layer draw a #00B4FF colored circle standing on your rounded rectangle gradient.

Step four:

With your step three layer add the following layer styles:

Step five:

Create another layer and draw a smaller #009DDF colored circle on the middle of the first circle.

Step six:

With your step five layer add the following layer styles:

Step seven:

Again make a new layer and draw an even smaller #00B4FF colored circle on the middle of your last circle.

Step eight:

With your step seven layer add the following layer styles:

Step nine:

Now select your text tool and set the font to Webdings, 72 pt, crisp and black for color. In a new text layer type ‘6’ which should change into an arrow.

Step ten:

With your step nine layer add a Gradient Overlay layer style and set the blending mode to Lighten:

Step eleven:

Duplicate your step 10 text layer then go to Edit > Transform > Flip Vertical. Move the duplicate to the bottom of your circle design.

Step twelve:

Again duplicate your step 10 text layer and go to Edit > Transform > Rotate 90 then open up the Gradient Overlay layer style and edit the Angle setting to 0. Position the new copy on the side and duplicate that and position on the opposite side of the logo design.

Step thirteen:

Now set your font size to 72 pt then type ‘N’ which should change into an eye design.

With your step thirteen text layer add a Gradient Overlay layer style:
