Google Plus is a social networking website that Google sponsors. It allows users to communicate with each other through exciting new features such as Circles and Hangout. Google Plus is designed to provide users with the same features that other social networking websites have, with several additional ones, while allowing users to access these features with more ease and from additional platforms such as mobile devices. Additionally, Google Plus is integrated into each user’s Google account and can work with other Google related services.

How to Invite Friends on Google Plus

People can create a Google Plus account by visiting www.plus.google.com and signing into their Google account. Once signed in, the user can find friends who are also using Google Plus by typing their name or email address into the search bar. While Google Plus indexes all Google Plus accounts’ entire profile page, it does not yet have individual search parameters such as a field for names, email addresses, schools, or gender. However, third party services such as those that FindPeopleOnPlus.com and Gpeep.com provide do have these individual fields.

How to Block Someone on Google Plus

Although Google Plus is still relatively new, some users may have made a few friends that they regret. Fortunately, Google Plus allows users to block unwanted friends by clicking the arrow on any of that user’s posts and selecting “Block this user.” Alternatively, if a user wishes to simply stop getting notifications from someone, he/she can “ignore” that user by going to his/her profile and selecting the “Ignore” button.
